Yes robotboy is a very pale blue ...and light blue on his lower legs and arms ..and his E.A.R,s (Enviroment Audio Reseptors) are a slight darker blue

Ro's body is a pale bluish silver colour, his hands, his feet and his ears are a pretty navy blue. His eyes are usually cyan but they, whenever he gets angry, turn red.

I think Robotboy's white or a very, very bright silver almost close to white, since he's only shown cyan in artwork.
Of course his drums are dark blue.
